Born in Tampa Florida, Eric Hunter has made his home in Los Angeles California for the last 2 years. Eric began acting in high school where he performed in half a dozen plays. After high school Eric joined an ongoing actors workshop Performers Studio Workshop and took classes there for just over 4 years. While there Eric also turned to working behind-the-scenes as a Production Assistant and a casting associate for a Tampa based casting office. It was there while working for a production company that he ended up assisting actor Armand Assante and he became inspired to push on to a larger acting market. After moving to Los Angeles Eric’s first major film project Argo filmed in 2011 and is set to release in September of 2012. As just a featured background actor Eric was able to pull focus in a scene and make it into the theatrical trailer. This trailer is currently showing in theaters now. Shortly after Argo Eric was cast in the role of Keith in Lovelace opposite Amanda Seyfried and Peter Sarsgaard. Linda Lovelace is used and abused by the porn industry at the behest of her coercive husband, before taking control of her life. “Lovelace” is set to release later this year. Currently Eric is training at the Academy of Theatrical Combat and has join the SAG-AFTRA Conservatory to attend classes later this year.
